Manage end-to-end recruitment activities: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and HRMS systems.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
Support employee engagement initiatives, performance appraisals, and learning & development programs.
Help manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures with professionalism.
Coordinate with management to ensure HR strategies align with business goals.
Prepare HR reports related to hiring, attrition, attendance, and other key metrics.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Candidates should be open to relocation within India as per business needs.
Must be willing to work in rotational shifts if required.
Preference will be given to candidates residing close to our office locations.
Exposure to HRMS tools, basic knowledge of labor laws, and payroll processing will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable.
Must be enthusiastic about learning and growing within the HR field.
Candidates will undergo a written test and a personal interview to assess their HR knowledge, communication, and behavioral skills.
₹30,000 – ₹35,000
